Personal data we process
TREBLA processes your personal data because you have used our services and/or because you provided us with your data. Hereunder you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example, in writing or by telephone
  • Bank account number

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor to our site is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to monitor their children’s online activities to prevent their children’s data being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information of a minor without that prior consent, please contact us at info@treblaonderhoud.nl and we will delete that information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
TREBLA processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your payment;
  • To be able to call you or email you, should this be necessary in order to carry out our services;
  • Inform you regarding changes to our services and products;
  • To deliver goods and services to you;
  • TREBLA also processes personal data when legally required to do so, such as data required for its tax returns.

 

Automated decision-making
TREBLA does not make decisions on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals on the basis of automated processing operations. This could include decisions made by computer programs or systems, without an actual person (e.g. an employee of TREBLA) being involved. 

How long does TREBLA store personal data?
TREBLA will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

  • TREBLA customers: the personal data you provide will be kept by TREBLA for 7 years in connection with tax legislation.
  • Persons who requested a quote and subsequently rejected the quote: 30 days.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties
TREBLA does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our contract with you or to comply with a  legal obligation. We enter into a processing contract with companies that process your data on our behalf (such as an accounting firm/an accountant) in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. TREBLA remains responsible for these operations.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by TREBLA and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send to you or another organisation of your choice a computer file containing the personal data that we have regarding you. You can send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@treblaonderhoud.nl. To ensure that you have requested access, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with your numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number (BSN-nummer). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible to your request and definitely within 4 weeks. TREBLA would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we protect personal data
TREBLA takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
